Founded by Edi Suandana in February 2018 in a small boarding house in Denpasar, Bali, the brand began out of Edi's boredom as a final year student. With an initial capital of Rp 500,000, Edi Suandana started the journey of Karungjantan with just two plain shirts and one denim jacket.
Now, after several years of operation, Karungjantan has grown into a brand with eight offline branches in Bali and is available on various e-commerce platforms.
"I strongly believe that in order to grow and compete in today's era, one must keep up with technological advancements, namely social media. Therefore, Karungjantan often collaborates with local and national influencers in Bali and beyond," said Edi Suandana, Owner of Karungjantan.
